Total Time: ~2 hours 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 racks of ribs
- Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ Rub (or your favorite BBQ seasoning)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s recommended)
- ½ stick butter, cut into pats
Instructions

- Cut into Pieces: Slice the racks into single ribs with meat on one side.
- Season: Generously coat all sides of the ribs with BBQ rub.

- Glaze: Transfer ribs to a metal pan. Add brown sugar, BBQ sauce, and butter. Using gloved hands, toss ribs until fully coated, then spread out in a single layer.
- Finish Cooking: Cover pan with foil and return to the smoker for about 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches about 207°F.
- Serve: Remove from the grill, uncover, and enjoy the sweet, sticky goodness.
