Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Water
  • Soft taco shells (small/slider size)
  • Store-bought queso (or homemade)
  • Round tortilla chips (one per slider)
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef
    • On the Blackstone Griddle, cook the ground beef until browned.
    • Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, mixing well.
    • Set aside to rest.
  2. Prep the Veggies
    • Dice tomatoes and set aside with lettuce and other toppings.
  3. Build Each Slider
    • Lay down a soft taco shell.
    • Add a spoonful of seasoned beef.
    • Drizzle queso on top.
    • Place one round tortilla chip for crunch.
    • Add sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheese.
