Ingredients

  • Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)
  • Leftover pulled pork (smoked on the Blackstone Pellet Grill)
  • Deli ham, chopped
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Crushed pineapple (or pineapple chunks if you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Pizza Oven
    • Set the Blackstone Pizza Oven to 550°F.
  2. Prepare the Dough
    • Roll out the pizza dough on parchment paper cut to size for easy transfer into the oven.
  3. Assemble the Pizza
    • Spread a layer of BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
    • Add chopped pulled pork and diced ham.
    • Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
    • Top with crushed pineapple for a sweet and tangy kick.
  4. Bake
    • Slide the pizza (with parchment paper) into the preheated oven.
    • Bake for 5–6 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and the crust is golden brown.
  5. Serve
    • Slice, serve, and enjoy the tropical BBQ vibes!

Tips & Variations

  • Use fresh pineapple for a slightly less sweet, more tangy bite.
  • Try adding sliced red onions or jalapeños for an extra layer of flavor.
  • If you prefer a smokier taste, use smoked gouda in place of some of the mozzarella.
