These Pizza Tacos combine everything you love about pizza with the fun of tacos. Using pizza dough as the shell, each taco is layered meat-lover style with sausage, bacon, sauce, and cheese, then topped with mini pepperoni. Perfect for a unique family dinner or a party snack!

Ingredients
- 1 ball fresh pizza dough (Aldi works great)
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded Italian blend or mozzarella cheese
- ½ lb Italian sausage, cooked
- 4–5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- Mini pepperoni
- Oil for griddle
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough – Divide pizza dough into 4–6 small portions. Roll each into taco-sized rounds.
- Cook the Shells – Preheat griddle to medium. Cook dough until golden and puffed on both sides, then remove.
- Build Pizza Shells – Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle cheese on top of each cooked shell. Cover with a dome to melt cheese.
- Cook the Meat – Brown sausage and bacon on the griddle. Chop bacon and mix with sausage.
- Assemble the Tacos – Place pizza shells into a taco rack, fill with sausage and bacon mixture, spoon more sauce over the top, add extra cheese, and finish with mini pepperoni.
- Final Melt – Return tacos to the griddle on low heat, cover with a dome, and let the cheese melt.
- Serve – Enjoy hot, gooey, and cheesy Pizza Tacos!
