These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Juicy, seasoned chicken thighs, crispy bacon, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and tangy homemade ranch are stacked on buttery King’s Hawaiian rolls and toasted until golden. Perfect for game day, parties, or an easy family dinner.
Ingredients:
For the Sliders:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2–3 tsp Blackstone Essentials Blend (or salt, pepper, garlic, onion mix)
- 1–2 tbsp oil
- 8 slices bacon
- 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls (1 package)
- 10 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
For the Homemade Ranch:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (Duke’s recommended)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2–3 tbsp buttermilk (adjust for consistency)
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ tsp Blackstone Essentials Blend
Instructions:
- Season & Cook Chicken – Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Season chicken thighs on both sides with Essentials Blend. Add oil to the griddle and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
- Make the Ranch – In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, parsley, and Essentials Blend. Stir until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cook Bacon – Place bacon on the griddle and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice Chicken – Cut chicken into strips, slicing against the grain for tenderness.
- Assemble Sliders – Slice King’s Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls attached. Place the bottom half on a cutting board. Layer with 5 slices of cheese, chicken strips, bacon, a drizzle of ranch, and remaining 5 slices of cheese. Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Butter & Toast – Brush tops with melted butter. Toast in a low-heat pizza oven, covered griddle, or oven until cheese is melted and tops are lightly golden.
- Serve – Cut into individual sliders and serve with extra ranch for dipping.
