My love for the Blackstone griddle started as a hobby, but it quickly turned into something much bigger — a way to share creative, flavorful recipes with people all over the world. Along the way, I’ve been honored to work directly with Blackstone Products, appear in live cooking demonstrations, and even win the coveted Golden Spatula award for my Blueberry & Brie Dessert Grilled Cheese.
